Franny Reese State Park

Highland, New York

The 249 acre park located on a ridgeline above the Hudson River was dedicated to the memory of Scenic Hudson’s founder, Frances “Franny” Reese.  Nearly three miles of hiking trails with stunning views reveal the Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park in the distance.  The plan includes a universal access trail system, preservation and protection of sensitive ecological and cultural resources.  With Heritage Landscapes, Pouder Design Group, and Scenic Hudson.
