Seventy Acres LLC presented multiple solutions for improved visibility of a 3 acres commercial retail shopping center in Fairfield County.

Photographic analysis of existing streetscape and adjacent properties include review of signs, retaining walls, parking areas, sidewalks and plantings.

A comprehensive study of the site's opportunities and constraints was conducted including conformance with town regulations and town regulatory permitting requirements.

Landscape plans include street tree retaining wall planters and low maintenance, native and adapted landscape plantings for color, seasonal interest and improved roadside and sidewalk visibility.
